Orange Flank

Circle L flank steak marinated with oranges, fresh oregano and shallot.  Broiled and shingled over jasmine rice.  Finished with roasted corn and pineapple salsa.

Boneless breast of chicken pan seared and finished in the oven.  Topped with broiled parmesan garlic artichoke hearts, finished with an amazing roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce and served over roasted vegetables.
